Our Thai Cooking 1 course teaches you the essentials of Thai cooking and introduces you to unique Thai ingredients as you learn to create plates that harmoniously balance spicy, salty, sour and sweet flavours. Learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes (appetizers, salads, soups, curries and more), including Isan-style steak salad, green papaya salad, green chicken curry, coconut custard, pork satay and coconut-mango sticky rice.
