Our UX Research and Strategy course recognizes that user experience (UX) strategy is a key aspect of planning, designing and managing exceptional websites, intranet networks, microsites and web or mobile applications that people want to use. Learn how processes such as user research, business requirements gathering and brand strategy both support and are supported by user experience. Develop a sound UX strategy that includes deliverables like personas, concept models and user journeys. Translate your strategy into actionable recommendations and useful, usable and compelling designs. Acquire a toolkit of methods and a strong portfolio of work you can use to start or enhance your UX career.
You must have completed our COMP 9627 UX Design Fundamentals course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
