Our Vegetarian Asian Cooking course teaches you the culinary techniques you need to prepare the delicious vegetarian recipes that originate from the culinary traditions of countries across Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. The majority of the recipes used are plant-based.
