Our Vegetarian Culinary Arts 2 course explores the vibrant flavours and menus of the Middle East, the Caribbean, South America and the Mediterranean as well as a number of European classics. Each week, learn a variety of new techniques and skills to create a full menu. Practice a variety of recipes – most of which are plant-based – as you prepare your own dishes.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
Hours and Fees
Allow for enough time to be screened at St. James Campus, 290 Adelaide St. E., Building C (SJC) before heading to your classroom each week. Keep in mind that classes are not operating by restaurant rules; you will not be able to taste food and must wear the provided face shield or eye goggles throughout the class.
