WSET Level 1 Award in Wines HOST 9168

On Campus

Our WSET Level 1 Award in Wines course follows the curriculum of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and provides you with an introduction to wine. This wine course takes a beginner-level approach – both with theory and with tasting – to the world of wine and is suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine. Get a basic familiarity with the main types and styles of wines through sight, smell and taste, then learn the basic skills you need to describe wines accurately and make food and wine pairings. End the course by writing the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines exam. Receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines qualification (which includes a certificate and a pin) if you meet the course requirements and pass the exam.

For more information about the Level 1 Award in Wine, read the WSET Level 1 Award in Wine Specifications.
