A transcript is a complete record of the grades you earned while attending George Brown College:
- You can obtain an unofficial transcript through your student account.
- You can obtain an official transcript from the college for an administrative fee. (Personal cheques are not accepted.) You must make your official transcript request online at the George Brown College Self-service Records and Registration Requests website (also known as the Records website). If you need an official transcript sent to an Ontario post-secondary institution, the college can send it electronically. Make your official transcript request using the Ontario College Application System (OCAS) or the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).
If you attended George Brown College before 1995, you must complete the Transcript Request PDF form to obtain an official transcript. Submit your Transcript Request PDF form and payment to the Academic Records department at records@georgebrown.ca.
